I got this welcome from batz via email.

Greetings Fish Camp Attendees:
We are now less 24 hours away from the official opening of Fish Camp
2007, Jason's Revenge.  I would like to welcome everyone in advance and
let you know that  I have personally asked St. Christopher to watch over
your travel to camp.  Julie the Cruise Director will be there to greet
you and show you to your cabin.  While at camp,  go see Isaac when you
are thirsty, he will be manning the coolers.  Captain Stubbing will be
commanding the SS Minnow Pontoon aka - Big Floating Turd.  Doc
(McGillicuty) will not be in camp this year as he has come down with an
ugly case of scurvy.

You may be asking yourself, "why Jason's Revenge?".  What does Jason
have to do with Fish Camp?

 <<PBrush>>

Well I will tell you the story of Jason.  Jason was a kid about age 11
that was lost at sea out there on the Mighty Du Bay Lake.  A squall blue
in from up Nort unexpectedly one fateful May day back about 20 years
ago.  Jason was out fishing in his canoe, he tried to paddle back to
safety but he was no match for the storm.  A week later his canoe was
found, Jason was never heard from again.  Legend has it that every May,
if you listen quietly at  night you can hear a little boy crying
somewhere out over the lake.  His voice cries...."mommy, save me".
Next, someone disappears!  That's right, the day after Jason's crying
occurs, for the last 20 years, a human disappears from existence
somewhere in the tri-county area that Du Bay borders.  Last year it was
Old Man Bush.  He was the old recluse that was living over in the one
room shack by Devil's Elbow.  He is gone, no one knows where the old
coot is.  His best and only friend, some fella named "Rove", says that
Bush would never have harmed anyone, can't imagine who might want to
make him disappear.

This year is the 20th anniversary of Jason's passing and it is said by
the locals that Jason will likely want to take two souls with him to
celebrate.  They say, he wants "revenge" for all the years of agony that
he has suffered drifting around the lake in his undead form watching
people fish in his favorite spots.  In fact, rumor has it that he will
specifically be looking for anyone that fishes at his beloved hotspot
"the stump", now know as Jason's Stump.  So my fellow Fish Camp
attendees, you are now informed as to the legend of Jason, aka Jason's
Revenge.  It is up to you where you fish, but I would definitely avoid
Jason's Stump this year.

See you at camp.
