Thank goodness Patty went with me to the courthouse.  I would have just walked in and stated that I was appealing.  They would have looked at me and said "well, go ahead."  and,  Huh?  that would have been the end of it.
Patty, on the other hand,  brought photos and documents. (they could have been blank pieces of paper, I don't know)  and just did her   Kiss 'people person' thing.  We won!  Patty rocks!

Congratulations Ben and Patty.  Patty mentioned the situation when she was here.  Imagine all the folks that don't appeal.  Maybe Patty could represent them in her time off of work, for a small fee.

Ben I hope you enjoyed the cheese and beer and such that Patty brought back from the homeland.  Sure was a nice visit.  I didn't get a chance to provide any of my recent music compilations for Patty to share with you with this visit but I will have plenty for her at Fish Camp.

Hi Batz.   The cheese was great!.  I don't usually like microbrews but I thought the Yokel brew was one of the best I've ever had.  It reminded me of San Miquel Painted Label  Which is a pale pilsner that I don't think they make anymore.  larry59 is more of a beer connoisseur {thank god for spell checkers  Smiley  }   He liked a few of them quite a bit.  Patty is looking forward to fish camp and I hope she brings home more of that yokel beer.
Take Care

Thanks neighbor.  Any chance you could start a neighborhood crime wave before the next appraisal?

Sure I'll see what hoodlums I can round up.

Thanks again for the help when the boy went 'missing'.

No problem.  My heart can use a good jump start like that now and then.  I'm just happy it turned out okay.
